Jardines IV is the fourth stage of Grupo ARVE's Jardines brand in Bávaro: a residential park of 625 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in 13 buildings, built in four stages around an ecological park, a pedestrian boulevard and a clubhouse with a pool.
There are two building types: type A, with 45 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, and type B, with 55 one- and two-bedroom units. The reservation is just USD 500 and 70% of the price is paid on delivery, in cash or with a bank mortgage, with the developer's support.
The project's funds are held in a trust, IBK Construcciones II, with Incomendam as trustee. The Olé supermarket and a school are 3 minutes away and Downtown Punta Cana 8.
